J.R.R. Tolkien is best known for his enchanting world and characters of Middle earth from his books The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. It’s widely accepted that his experiences in World War 1 inspired many elements within his tales. It seems his experiences from the Great War and leading up to the threshold of another also inspired political thoughts that would do well to never be lost to time, just as his fiction will not.
